One final question: Does the game get easier after this? Please tell me that this is the section with the hardest fights of the whole game.Have you ever wanted to buy a game on Steam but didn't know if it was good? Have you ever had just enough money for an indie game but didn't know whether it was worth buying? Have you ever asked yourself, "Should I buy this game ?" After dying, I start with the last enemy wave. ![]() I found a glitch: Instead of fighting the first axe guy, I evaded down the path until I ran into the auto-save. I also managed to get past the first of those two big waves without actually fighting it. Even though I tried lowering the difficulty. My enemies seem to be so much quicker and stronger than the ones in the playthrough video. Really, I don't see how the same gameplay could happen on my XBox One. I, on the other hand, am lucky if I can land two or three quick strikes without getting hit. The player in the video constantly manages to hit them with a long combo of attacks. It appears to me that the game rules in that video are seriously different from XBox One. never ever.Īlso, I watched an IGN YouTube playthrough video of that section, probably recorded on PC. I'm really, really impressed and feel that I have no chance surviving so many foes. I already looked up a solution with an exact list of the two major waves of enemies. I can slay maybe five or eight enemies until I die. But in Sea of Corpses, it doesn't work any more. Up to this point, this strategy let me get through the game quite well. For those stronger enemies, evade to the back until they are tired of charging you, then see if you can land an attack. Some enemies even hit you with some of their attacks when you successfully evaded to the left or right. In times of doubt, spam-evade to the left or right, because you usually don't get hit while spamming the evade button. If not, go left or right and spam the evade button (A) until all are in view. In fights with multiple opponents, always make sure to have each opponent in view. ![]() Attack the enemy from the side or back, 2 or 3 times with a quick attack, until the enemy has recovered and is ready to fight back. ![]() Please tell me how to fight more effectively, using the XBox One version and controller. Combat seemed rather easy up to this point I rarely lost a fight. But now I've come to the chapter "Sea of Corpses", and I'm seriously out of luck. ![]()
